TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GENERAL ADMISSION
Please note additional Terms and Conditions apply to parties. You can find these on our website, and in your confirmation email. Please ensure terms and conditions are communicated to all members of your party or booking.

Please arrive no earlier than your booked slot. Attendance will be denied until your designated slot commences. Equally, please leave promptly on completion of your allotted time slot.

The Play Farm is a children’s play facility, where children and parents alike can feel safe while having fun at the same time. Anti-Social behaviour, directed towards other customers, or staff, will not be tolerated. We encourage respect to be shown towards other customers, and any anti-social behaviour (including but not limited to: shouting, swearing, fighting, and refusal to follow terms and conditions) will result in being asked to leave our facility.

All belongings brought to The Play Farm are at your own risk. The Play Farm accept no liability for loss or theft.

With the exception of food for young babies (under 1 year), we don't allow the consumption of your own food or drink on the premises. We provide a selection of food and beverage options for people of all ages from our cafe.

Socks MUST be worn by everyone at ALL times. If you arrive without socks, they can be purchased from reception for £2 per pair. As this is a health and safety risk- refusal to wear socks will result in denied entry.

It is recommended that children wear long sleeves and full length trousers, as the slides can cause friction burns. Nylon, (tracksuits and football shirts), is particularly prone to burns and scorch marks.

We do not have a private car park. The closest car park to us is The Brewery Quarter NCP.

All bookings are non-refundable. We offer free rescheduling up until 24 hours before the session is due to begin. Rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a rescheduling fee (£3). Once the booked session has begun we are unable to reschedule your booking. You are able to reschedule your booking a maximum of 2 times.

Children should always be supervised by their parents or another responsible adult (over 18). You are not permitted to leave children (under 16's) unattended at anytime.

We are a nut free venue. Nuts brought onto the premises will be disposed of.

It is advised to have one parent/adult to every one child.

The Play Farm’s “Rules of Play” apply at all times.

Please consider the privacy of other guests at The Play Farm when taking photographs or filming- you may be asked to stop taking photos if they include other children.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES
All above Terms and Conditions apply.

Final balance must be paid in full no later than 2 days before your celebration.

Final guest count must be confirmed at the time of final payment. It is the parents responsibility to ensure this is correct. No refunds will be given for children who do not turn up to the celebration.

No discount codes apply to party bookings and add ons.

Parties during the day (10am, 12:30pm, 3pm slots) include a reserved party bench (4 seats) for the adults. Additional adults are Welcome, but do not have seating.

Children not showing on the guest list will be charged at general admission rate. We charge for children between 6 months and 12 years of age.

You are permitted to enter the venue up to 10 minutes before the party start time, but we cannot grant access prior to this.

Our parties start with play time, and end with food time. Food time is approximatley 30 minutes. Before the children eat food, we will sing Happy Birthday to allow time for the staff to cut your cake.

Your cake will be cut by our staff in the kitchen. We do not allow cake cutting in any public areas.

We can cater for a variety of dietary requirements, these must be confirmed in advance.

We allow 1x Birthday cake to be brought on site. Other food and drink is not permitted. We are not responsible for any food brought onto the site.

You are welcome to bring additional decorations, but we do not allow blue tac or cellotape on our walls. All decorations must be taken home with you.

Bookings of 10-20 children can be adjusted from 10-20. Bookings of 21-40 children can be adjusted from 21-40.

During a Laser Tag party, non participating children are not permitted to use the play frame.
