All you need to do is turn up with the cake……or we could even provide this for you! (Please ask for further details.) We cater not only for Birthday parties, but for all celebrations.

We have four packages and the VIP party available, but should you have a specific requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to accommodate your requests where possible.

Our mini party package lasts 1½ hours and includes:

• 45 mins playtime & 45 mins party food & a "shake, rattle
and rhyme" nursery rhyme session
• Party invitations
• Party host
• Finger food (suitable for smaller children)
• Unlimited jugs of fruit squash for the children
• Cake ceremony (cake not included)
• 1 x Free return pass for the birthday child
• Balloon for every child

Under 3's Party bag available for an extra £1.25 per child
Under 3's Deluxe party bag available for an extra £1.75 per child
Deluxe baby box available for an extra £2.50 per child

"The Play Farm" can be hired out any day of the week from 6.30pm – 9.30pm for your own exclusive VIP parties and corporate events, to a maximum of 100 guests. Cold buffets can be provided at an extra cost. Please discuss your specific requirements with a member of staff or contact us by e-mail or phone.

Have one of our costume characters visit your party
for no extra charge! Please let us know when booking your party if you would like one of our cuddly characters to bring out your birthday cake, (if supplied). Characters are subject to availability.


Face Painting available for an extra £1 per child!
Please request this whilst booking your party.

Themed Parties! Fairies, Peppa Pig, Bob The Builder, In the Night Garden, High School Musical and lots, lots more!.....We can cater for themed parties; however this will incur an extra charge. Please speak to a member of staff about this.

Birthday cakes/Celebration Cakes! Although we provide a cake ceremony within the package, cakes are not included in the price. We can provide a cake at an additional cost, please request this when making your booking.

Food allergies:

● If any of your Guests have food allergies, you are encouraged to bring your own food for that child.
● If there are any dietary preferences, please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to accommodate your wishes where possible.

Party Food:

Our traditional cold party buffet includes some of the following, although this may change from time to
time: selection of sandwiches, cocktail sausages, vegetable crudités with a selection of dips, cheese
pieces, mini pizza slices, crisps, fruit kebabs, (or platters if catering for young children), fairy cakes,
biscuits, ice cream etc...

guidelines

As party parent, please ensure you arrive some 10 minutes before the party is due to start, to allow us to confirm your guest list and prepare to welcome your party guests.

On arrival, they will be directed to your reserved seating area. Should your guests bring children that are not showing on the guest list, they will be required to pay the normal entrance price for those children before being permitted into the play facility.

Your party will last for 2 hours, other than the mini party which will last for 11⁄2 hours. For the Gold party, the face painting will take place as the children are playing and we will call them over one at a time from your guest list. There is no discount for any children who do not wish to have their face painted.

After the playtime, we will advise you when your party food is ready and we will ask you to gather your guests and advise them to head to the party room. For the mini party package, we will liaise with you with regards to when you would like the rhythm and rhyme session.

Party food served is a mini cold finger buffet for the mini party package and a traditional cold buffet for all other party packages, which may vary from time to time.

On completion of your party, a Free Return pass will be issued to the birthday child and a balloon will be given to each child on the guest list.
For the Gold and VIP party packages, a Play Farm t-shirt will be given to the birthday child.

Clothing
Socks MUST be worn at ALL times. These are available for purchase at reception, should you forget to bring them. It is recommended that children wear long sleeves and full length trousers, as the slides can cause friction burns. Nylon, (tracksuits and football shirts), is particularly prone to burns and scorch marks.

Car Parking
For Cheltenham, please contact a member of staff for further details; however we would recommend using the NCP car park opposite The Brewery, where our customers have discounted rates.
At our Leamington site, The Play Farm has a free private car park located outside the entrance area. Should this be full on your arrival, please see reception and we will advise you where to park. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE PAVEMENTS OF THE INDUSTRIAL ESTATE.

General Rules
• Children should always be supervised by their parents or another responsible adult.
• It is advised to have one parent/adult to every one child. • The Play Farm's "Rules of Play" apply at all times. • The Play Farm will be open to other members of the public unless you
have chosen the VIP party. • Children are not permitted to re-enter the play area after the buffet. • Please consider the privacy of other guests at The Play Farm when
taking photographs or filming the party.
